This hands‐on course has been designed to enable you conduct research in your domain of specialisation with relative ease. You would examine and be practically exposed to the main components of a research framework such as problem definition, research design, data collection, ethical issues in research, report writing, and presentation. Once equipped with this knowledge, you would be well‐placed to conduct disciplined research under supervision in your area of specialisation. While the course empowers you with adequate skills required to conduct research in an academic setting, many of the methodologies discussed would be similar to those deployed in many other professional research environments.
